Check-In/Check-Out:

• Check-in time: Start at 2pm. international travelers who arrived earlier are allowed to wait in the living rooms until check in time.
• Check-out time: Check-out time is 11am Make sure to leave no later than 11am because the cleaning crew must start working to have the rooms cleaned and sanitized before the next guest arrived.Thank you for your understanding.
• Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.

House Rules:

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• No Parties or Events: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, parties and gatherings are not allowed on the premises.
• Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property.
• Noise: Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM).
• Damages: Guests will be responsible for any damages caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
